We try and get back to everyone within 24 – 48 hours (via email) when contacting via email, in some cases this may take longer (due to the time of the year, opening hours and weekends). Please be patient. We do all of our communication via email or through our website,

If you are inquiring about your order please email us at simon@bowlscarpets.com.au. Again we try to get back to you within 24 – 48 hours.

In regards to follow up/emails, we try and answer all emails (As Above). If we have not replied to you within the given time frame, please re send email. This is not due to poor communication or being ignorant, sometimes emails do get lost or go to Spam. Thank you

Payments
We accept Bank Deposit, Cheques and Pay Pal. Ordering process will start once payments have cleared..

Returns and Exchanges
If the product you have purchased has been damaged due to bad manufacture please email us at simon@bowlscarpets.com.au for a full Exchange This must be notified to us within 2 days of receiving your order and returned to us within 10 working days to the below address :

Delivery 
Where ever possible your order from our stock of Bowls carpets will be dispatched within 3 working days after Payment has been cleared.

Delivery to you will be via arrangement as Indoor Bowls Carpets weigh 25kg and Score Boards are 10kg.  True Draw Bowls Products quote Local and Interstate courier prices depending on delivery location.

*Please Note that during Christmas and Easter breaks, and Public Holidays delivery of goods may be delayed due Courier closure. During these times delivery may incur up to an extra 10 working days.

*Our Office is closed over the Christmas/New Year Break and Easter Break

Lost or Damage Items

True Draw Bowls Products cannot take responsibility of purchases being loss or damage in the post (we use Australia Post or Direct Freight ) unless freight insurance is purchased Please email us at simon@bowlscarpets.com.au for further Insurance.

Freight Costs
Pricing for freight cost is as follows:

When you contact us with your delivery details via Email, we contact our local freight company to Quote delivery, Recognising freight can be expensive we endeavour to obtain the best value for you.

Please Note; If you have a preferred freight /courier company please advise us at time of order.
